Our Guarantee and Return Policies
Guarantee:
We guarantee to you our customer, that all products and services are as advertised, from this web site. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return them within 30 days from the original date your order was received, (the date it was signed for upon delivery by the United States Postal Service). We do NOT cover return shipping costs and there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your original purchase amount. Items returned must be returned in the same packing material it was received in and it must be in good, re-saleable condition. Your refund will be given in the form of a check (less any applicable fees as stated above), and issued within 24 hours that you return is received by us.
Returns:
In the event that your package is received in a damaged condition or the contents are found to be damaged or defective, your shipment is insured for full value and will be replaced within 10 days upon receipt of your return. Every reasonable measure was taken to safely pack your items prior to shipment. If your package is received and the outside package is visibly damaged, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT! If your package arrives without exterior visible damage and the contents are found to be damaged or defective, please email us: returns@dahni.com We we will know this is the case and prepare another package for shipment while anticipating the return of the damaged/defective product from you. We will credit you in the form of a check for shipping costs incurred when your returned items have been received by us. This check will be included in the package along with your replacement product. Return your damaged or defective product to us along with copy of your receipt for U.S.P.S. Priority Mail®, with Signature ConfirmationTM and the refund form (see below) to:
To receive a refund, please click the following link to our refund form and send it, along with the product/products you are returning, to the address on that page. Please note that we are unable to refund partially used postage sheets and are not able to return them to you. Your refund, minus any applicable shipping and handling costs, will be sent in the form of a check.
